How To Get There by Public Transportation?

Take a bus/matatu no. 111, 4, 2 or 102 from the railway station and alight at Mimosa Courts.

On realizing that there was a need for quality education for Kenyans who would like to continue working as they study, Africa Nazarene University opened a Campus near the buzz of Nairobi City. At this campus we offer a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and an executive MBA programme.

On establishing this campus we found that we had answered a genuine need amongst the working class within Nairobi. Now many Nairobians can obtain a degree or work at obtaining one as they carry on with their various jobs.
Because this Campus is situated along Ngong Road, it is easily accessible to and from Nairobi Town. The atmosphere within the Campus is very homely and conducive for learning. Reason being that even though we are very near town we are not stuck in the middle of it, and thus the hustle and bustle along the streets of Nairobi cannot be heard or felt with the Ngong Road grounds. The tranquil atmosphere encourages the students to relax and concentrate on their studies. During their break before the last session of class, the students are treated to a cup of “Chai” or ”Kahawa” and some snacks. This helps them to keep warm and alert through out the remainder of the lesson/class.

Because we have individuals from very different walks of life, working environments and with varying responsibilities, our evening students affect and influence each other positively, by bringing in their different views and perceptions of life. This special mix or blend we have at our Ngong Road Campus is refreshing and quite outstanding. It fosters the broadening of one’s thinking and therefore improving each individual there in all facets of their life.
